owner of Xtend Micro Products developed a strong
niche market in the design and distribution of high value-added
computer related travel products. The Company had negotiated
a number of exclusive channel relationships, however
required a broader array of products to capitalize on
an opportunity for substantial incremental growth within
these channels.
BCC advised the client on a range of alternatives to
capitalize on this growth opportunity, one of which was
a sale to a larger, well capitalized and diversified
buyer with complimentary products.
After careful consideration, Xtend determined to
pursue this strategy and engaged BCC to search for
the appropriate buyer.

process resulting in the Company being sold to iGo.com,
a publicly held technology company, for maximum value.
